We make finding a tenant effortless for you. With our landlord representation program, we have a step-by-step guideline in which we utilize with all of our representations.
Initial Assessment
Getting the greatest return on your investment begins with my team visiting your property (pre-listing) to assess the condition and lease value of your property, and relaying that assessment to you.
Appearance & Driving Traffic
We then focus on the appearance of the property, and generating traffic to the listing. We do this by getting the unit professionally photographed, and virtual staging the unit if it is vacant. We drive traffic to your listing by posting your property on the MLS, and advertising it all over consumer sites, and social platforms.
Offer Review
Once offers are received, the prospective tenants are thoroughly vetted to ensure their legitimacy. We verify their employment, and Equifax credit scores are drawn from our accounts. In addition, we contact personal references and previous landlords of the prospects to get an understanding of how they are as people.
Advising & Accepting
We strive on communication and transparency and we want the decision process to be a communal effort. Once you find the right person for your place, our team will assess a pre-move in/post exit property check and damage report complete with photos.
Leading Up To
Occupancy Date
Between acceptance date and the date of occupancy, we assist the tenant with setting up the required utility accounts, tenant package liability and contents insurance, and handling of the key exchange.
Throughout The Term
Of The Lease
Throughout the term of the lease, my team will ensure the tenants needs are fulfilled. We will facilitate and co-ordinate any required minor repairs during the tenancy.
